Karla Smith is a dedicated Senpai (brown belt) that has been training at Champion Eyes for almost 6 years. 

Karla is married to Sensei Greg and has one teenage daughter, who started training at Champion Eyes when she was 8 years old.  Karla has dedicated herself to training a minimum of twice a week along with working a full-time job as a Paralegal.  She has been able to balance her work and family life, while training to pursue her black belt in Shorin-ryu Karate.

She believes that martial arts have helped with her confidence and self-defense. She is excited to start teaching the kids and to have fun with learning a new skill.
